Job Summary

We are now looking for a talented and experienced Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing Specialist to join the UK Marketing team. Working closely with the DTC Marketing Manager, this role will be instrumental in executing our direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives in the UK, to drive market growth by increasing brand awareness amongst the diabetes community, increasing new customer starts and curating the nurture journey that is designed to support our customers already using Omnipod to minimize attrition.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely under the guidance of the Marketing Manager to ensure we are fully and successfully executing the consumer campaigns outlined in the annual marketing plan.
- Champion the UK consumer initiatives, focused around the key marketing channels of digital, social media, VOD, events, PR, advocacy groups, and community.
- Localise Global and International baselines to ensure assets meet the needs of the UK market.
- Ensure all consumer materials are approved through the Veeva approval system before use in market.
- Work with the Events Manager to ensure all consumer events are executed effectively, coordinating the delivery of marketing materials and attendance from the broader sales team.
- Ensuring contracts and POs are completed in a timely manner ahead of activity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure the needs of the consumer initiatives are delivered, including; international marketing, sales, clinical, market access, and leadership teams.
- Reporting - Monitor customer sentiment and brand impact (NPS), reporting on budgets and KPIs, ensuring transparency and cost-effectiveness. Standardise reporting on competitor consumer activity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements when engaging with Podders and other external partners.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing international, multi-stakeholder events—preferably in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders with confidence.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Background in medical device or pharmaceutical industries, with knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks.
- Experience with digital, email marketing, and CRM preferred.
- Experience working with business systems; Wrike, Veeva Vault, and/or Salesforce would be an asset.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
- Passion for customer experience, team culture, and innovation.

Travel

Job Title: Regional Marketing Compliance Associate

Insulet, a global innovative healthcare brand, is looking for a Regional Marketing Compliance Associate to join our expanding team with the UAE. Supporting our small but highly effective marketing and commercial operations teams within the region, success in this role will be accomplished through the ability to be highly organised with a keen attention to detail, communicate effectively, learn quickly, problem solve, and manage competing tasks efficiently and effectively.
The Regional Marketing Compliance Associate role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Middle East and works closely and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Managing documents, including the creation of spreadsheets, retrieval systems, and preparing reports.
- Archiving documents as needed.
- Documenting free zone set-ups and managing all transactions.
- Maintaining good relationships with free zone clients and banks.
- Delivering executed documents.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders in the review of projects, related data, and agreements to ensure compliance with local data privacy laws, and where necessary, complete documents and update trackers.
- Partner with all key business areas, in particular the IT Security team, to ensure all systems and processes are in place to deal with all data privacy touch points with the local law.
- Responsible for coordinating or facilitating meetings and trainings to Insulet’s approved distributor network employees and regional offices.
- Responsible for the review and assessment of submissions for proposed actions or expenditures related to healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and other government officials to ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Collect information and provide a variety of reports to Insulet internal stakeholders and analyses to monitor and evaluate projects and programs.
- Coordinate with other departments, for all internal submission and approvals on customer-facing promotional materials.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing or Business related subject.
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes preferred.
Skills/Competencies:
- Organisation: Strongly developed organizational skills allowing for focus on different tasks at the same time while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstration of depth of knowledge and skill using standard business / office technology and applications. Accurate typing skills.

- Oral & Written Communication: Ability to express oneself clearly in business writing, conversations, and interactions.
