CALLING ALL Physician Associates / ODP's / Theatre Assistants / Scrubs or Osteopaths and Physiotherapists with some surgical theatre experience, who wants to get into MEDICAL DEVICE SALES!!!!!!!!
Position: Associate Medical Sales Specialist - Orthopaedics

Territory:
- London (inner M25) 80% - some work in the Southeast but outside the M25, with occasional UK travel as required for training and conferences etc.
Package:
- Salary: £30-£40k dependant on experience and background with 6 and 12 month reviews
- Bonus: £8-12K OTE/year, paid quarterly. Starting with objective based compensation and moving into revenue based after 6 months.
- Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance, phone, laptop and usual benefits on completion of probation at 6 months
Role Overview:
The client is a fantastic organisation in the world of orthopaedics, looking to grow the London team.
- You will be reporting to the Territory Account Manager, supporting the continued growth of the portfolio across your region.
- In the role you'll be working hands-on, gaining clinical exposure, with structured development and a clear pathway to becoming an Account Manager within approximately 18-24 months.
- You will work closely with the experienced Territory Account Managers to support strategically important accounts, while helping unlock significant new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare settings.
- This role will provide amazing training and development, with the successful incumbent having a defined career path from day one.

Experience:
- Looking for ODP's, Physician Associates, Theatre Nurses, Surgical Assistants, Scrub Nurses and Theatre Assistants, or Physiotherapists and Osteopaths with some in theatre experience!
The Person:
- Strong communication skills are essential and the ability to build a good rapport with people from all backgrounds!
- You’ll need a passion MSK and orthopaedic surgery!
- Experience in theatre is essential, so ODP's, Physician Associate, Theatre Nurses, Surgical Assistants, Scrub Nurses, Theatre Assistants or similar backgrounds are ideal!
- Previous customer facing work experience is highly beneficial, even if it's from a few years back while at uni!
- It is vital that you have a good level of general anatomy and physiology knowledge to aid in clinical conversations.
- You need to be engaging and have the ability to speak to people of all levels, from all walks of life.
- You will need to live within the M25, or be willing to re-locate at you own expense.
- You need to be highly motivated and able to be flexible to changeable days!
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential for anyone applying.
- Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available (sorry)
