Big Picture has been helping some of the world's biggest technology brands grow their business for over 30 years. We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team supporting Microsoft within Dell.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants to develop a unique blend of technical, commercial, and customer-facing skills.
You don't need to be an expert in Microsoft technologies when you join us. We'll provide training, mentoring, and certification support to help you build your knowledge and progress into a specialist role.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate Microsoft Technology Specialist, you'll work alongside experienced Microsoft specialists and Dell sales teams, helping them identify opportunities and demonstrate the value of Microsoft solutions to customers.
Learn and Develop Technical Knowledge
- Build knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows, Copilot and Azure
- Learn how Microsoft solutions support modern workplaces and cloud environments
- Develop an understanding of Microsoft licensing and commercial programmes
- Complete Microsoft training and certification programmes

Support Sales Teams
- Assist Dell sales teams with Microsoft-focused opportunities
- Help identify opportunities to add Microsoft solutions to customer projects
- Participate in pipeline and opportunity reviews
- Research customer requirements and market trends
Deliver Presentations and Training
- Support product briefings and customer presentations
- Help create engaging demonstrations and training materials
- Deliver introductory training sessions to sales teams
- Share best practices and success stories
Customer and Partner Engagement
- Attend customer and partner meetings with senior specialists
- Learn how to uncover customer needs and position solutions effectively
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support customer events and technology workshops
Marketing and Campaign Support
- Assist with Microsoft product launches and campaigns
- Help create local engagement activities and competitions
- Promote Microsoft's latest technologies and innovations
- Support event planning and execution

Desirable
- Degree, apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows, Microsoft 365 or Copilot
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or technology support
- Experience presenting to groups or delivering training
- An interest in AI, cloud computing or workplace technology
