Company Description

NexGen Neuro Therapy Ltd is based in Cambridgeshire and provides specialist neurological occupational therapy and neuro-informed coaching for adults and children living with the impact of neurological injury and illness. We work closely with clients and their families to deliver person-centred support tailored to physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional needs. Support is provided at home, in the community, in the workplace, and virtually.

Role Description

We're looking for talented Occupational Therapists to join us as Associates, delivering specialist neurological occupational therapy predominantly within clients' homes and communities across the East of England, the Midlands, and London. A minimum commitment of 2 days' work is required, at hours of your choice.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration and current professional standing
  • 5 years' experience working as an OT, and/or a strong interest in neurology and rehabilitation
  • Experience with paediatric clients is highly desirable
  • Full UK driving licence, with willingness to travel up to 1.5 hours to reach clients
  • Genuine commitment to growing with the service and contributing to service improvement, hands-on

We're currently looking for OTs experienced in one or more of: ABI, TBI, Stroke, FND, Upper Limb Rehabilitation, Spasticity Management, complex neurological conditions, paediatric rehabilitation, and housing assessments and reports.
