KT Healthcare is a family-owned healthcare provider specialising in neurodevelopmental services, therapies and brain injury rehabilitation. We work closely with local authorities, schools and families to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
As our Therapies service continues to grow, we are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists to join our associate network and support referrals across Yorkshire.
The Role
Working as an Associate Occupational Therapist, you will provide assessment and intervention for children and young people with a range of developmental, functional and sensory needs.

- Completing Occupational Therapy assessments
- Producing clear clinical reports and practical recommendations
- Providing intervention where appropriate
- Assessing functional skills, sensory processing and participation in everyday activities
- Developing strategies to promote independence and engagement
- Providing advice and recommendations to support home and educational environments
- Liaising with families, schools and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
About You
We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists with a strong understanding of working with children and young people.
Relevant experience may include:
- Autism and ADHD
- Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD)
- Sensory processing differences
- Fine and gross motor difficulties
- Functional and daily living skills
- Difficulties with attention, regulation and engagement
- Coordination and motor planning
- Supporting independence at home and in educational settings
- Complex developmental needs
