Job Description
We're looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join our Clinical Negligence team.
The role
You’ll be a solicitor specialising in clinical negligence claims, acting on behalf of a range of defendant clients, with a particular focus on representing NHS Resolution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering comprehensive, high-quality legal services across complex matters.
- Providing exceptional client service, including proactive, strategic and commercial management of claims.
- Providing responsive secondment support to key clients – remotely and on site.
What We're Looking For
- Clinical negligence experience – defendant/claimant or catastrophic personal injury experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise and accurate legal documents and advice, and to communicate complex matters in a straightforward manner to clients and colleagues.
- Experience in inquest or healthcare advisory work an advantage.
