Clinic Autism London – City of London Saturdays | Associate / Self-Employed Position
Clinic Autism London is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental team on an associate basis, primarily on Saturdays.
Based at our City of London clinic near Liverpool Street, we provide comprehensive autism and ADHD assessments alongside specialist post-diagnostic support for children, young people, and adults.
The Role
The associate will primarily provide:
- Paediatric Occupational Therapy assessments
- Sensory processing and functional assessments
- Individual OT intervention sessions
- Parent consultation and guidance
- Written clinical recommendations and reports where required
- Contribution to multidisciplinary autism assessments
- Liaison with psychologists, psychiatrists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other members of the MDT
- Opportunities to contribute to ADOS-2 assessments, where appropriately trained and experienced

Working Pattern
This is an associate position with a particular requirement for Saturday availability.
The role is suitable for clinicians looking to complement an NHS, independent, or existing private practice role with regular weekend clinical work.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Have relevant paediatric clinical experience
- Have experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and/or other neurodevelopmental needs
- Be confident working independently within their professional scope
- Have excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
- Be comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Experience in sensory integration, autism assessment, ADOS-2, or neurodevelopmental services would be particularly welcomed.
