About the team

Angi's Paid Social team is a performance-driven team responsible for scaling Pro and Homeowner acquisition across the US, Canada, and Europe. We run campaigns on Meta at scale, combining data analysis with creative thinking to drive efficient growth. We work closely with our Brand team to bring to life compelling, high-performing ads — and we move fast. As part of this team, you'll contribute to managing campaigns across markets, own creative performance reporting, and play a hands-on role in shaping the creative direction for your channels.

What you'll do:

  • Setting up and managing paid social campaigns on Meta across assigned markets, including campaign structure, audience targeting, budget management, and day-to-day optimizations
  • Monitoring campaign performance, flagging anomalies, diagnosing root causes, and escalating with a recommended action rather than waiting for direction
  • Analyzing creative performance across your markets using metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and creative matrix — and translating those insights into monthly briefs for the Brand team
  • Preparing structured creative performance briefs and contributing to brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas grounded in competitor research, platform trends, and category benchmarks
  • Supporting cross-team projects and initiatives — from tracking Conversion Lift Studies to contributing to AI tooling rollouts — with clear ownership of defined workstreams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
