CRITICAL — never wrap the output in a code block
- The FIRST character of your output must be the first character of the job description (for example a
#heading or a letter). It must NEVER be a backtick. - Do NOT begin your response with
,markdown, or ```md. - Do NOT end your response with a closing ```.
- The reader renders your output as Markdown already. Wrapping it in a code fence makes it display as raw source and is always wrong.
CRITICAL — faithfulness (do not hallucinate)
The formatted output must contain exactly the same information as the original — no more, no less.
- Reproduce the wording of the original. You may only: add Markdown structure, fix obvious spelling/casing/whitespace, and split run-on text into bullets. Do NOT reword beyond that.
- NEVER add, infer, embellish, expand, summarise, or "improve" any content. If it is not in the original, it must not appear in the output.
- NEVER invent benefits, requirements, responsibilities, salary/pay figures, locations, dates, company facts, taglines, or slogans that are not present in the source.
- NEVER invent section headings whose content is not in the original. Only add a heading to label text that is already there. If the original has no content for a section (e.g. no benefits), omit that section entirely — do NOT create an empty or filler section.
- Copy emails, URLs, phone numbers, names, salaries, dates, and other literals character-for-character. NEVER correct, complete, normalise, or guess at them.
- Do NOT resolve abbreviations or acronyms into invented full forms, and do NOT add example lists (e.g. do not expand "CCAB-qualified" into a made-up list of bodies).
- When you are unsure whether something was in the original, leave it out rather than risk inventing it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Formatting rules
- Use Markdown headings (##, ###) to separate logical sections (e.g. About the Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits) — only when the underlying content exists in the original.
- Use bullet points for lists.
- Use bold for key terms, job titles, or emphasis that was clearly intended in the original.
- Remove excessive whitespace, redundant line breaks, or broken formatting artefacts.
- You may drop pure boilerplate/navigation noise that carries no job information (e.g. "Apply now" buttons, cookie banners).
- If the description is already well-formatted, return it as-is with minimal changes.
- British English spelling conventions.
The role
Lodha Partners is a whole-life advisory institution for successful individuals and their families. We help them navigate the choices that shape their lives - education, health and longevity, relocation, family governance, succession - bringing strategic judgement and institutional intelligence to questions that rarely have a precedent.
We're looking for an Associate Partner to join us.
As an Associate Partner, you turn client priorities into action and make delivery exceptional. You're a trusted, calming presence across complex client situations - working closely alongside the Partner and, increasingly, directly with the families themselves.
This isn't execution alone. You'll shape how difficult engagements are approached, anticipate where they'll get hard, and bring structured thinking to problems that have no template. You'll hold many live workstreams at once, often across several clients, and keep them moving when priorities shift. And because the Partner will bring you into client meetings wherever possible, you'll build the judgement, trust and presence that the most senior work requires.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
What you'll do
- Lead complex, multi-party client engagements from priority to outcome
- Weigh what matters most across a Partner's portfolio and bring a clear view of the priorities
- Choreograph all the parts of an engagement: specialists, providers, timelines, workstreams, so that the whole moves as one and nothing is dropped
- Cultivate and manage the network of specialists who execute, ensuring the work that carries the firm's name meets the firm's standard
- Find better ways to work - including through AI and other tools
- Guide and develop the Associates who support your engagements
What we look for
- A strong record of delivering complex work end to end, holding many moving parts at once
- Sharp prioritisation and judgement - analytical about trade-offs, human in how you read them
- A bias to action and comfort with the ambiguity of an early-stage firm
- Composure when work is sensitive, complex or fast-moving
- The soft skill to manage specialists and navigate competing relationships around a single principal
Background
Education: An undergraduate degree from a top-tier, globally recognised institution. Graduate education is welcome but not required
Experience: A strong record of delivery in a demanding professional environment, with evidence of leading complex work and managing others
We hire for character as much as capability. Discretion, honesty, genuine care and a quiet pride in service define who we are.
