Associate Partner - Family Law

We're looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join our highly regarded team as an Associate Partner. The Role
You'll Manage a Varied And High-quality Caseload With Both National And International Work Across Both Financial Remedy And Private Children Matters, Including
- Divorce and separation
- Complex financial remedy cases
- Private children disputes, including child arrangements and relocation matters
- Cohabitation and relationship breakdown issues
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Matters involving high-net-worth individuals and business assets
Alongside your client work, you'll play an active role in business development, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Family Solicitor who combines technical excellence with genuine empathy and a passion for client care.
You'll Have
- Strong experience across both financial remedy and private children matters
- Excellent relationship-building and client care skills
- The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
- Experience developing professional networks and winning work
- A collaborative approach and a desire to support colleagues
- Ambition to play a key role in the growth of a successful Family team
