Your Impact

We’re growing our Infrastructure practice to support the UK’s transport and utilities sectors as they modernize, decarbonize, and digitize.

As a Associate Partner, you’ll help shape how Valcon delivers technology-enabled transformation across critical national infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in defining strategy, leading major client accounts, and developing a high-performing team focused on sustainable, data-driven change.

The Role

We’re hiring a Associate Partner to lead and expand our work across the Infrastructure and Transport.

You’ll build trusted client relationships, shape transformation strategies, and oversee the delivery of complex programmes that combine technology, data, and consulting. You’ll help clients improve efficiency, performance, and resilience across critical infrastructure, while also developing Valcon’s market presence and capability in these industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute Valcon’s industry strategy and go-to-market propositions for transport and utilities, while leading and growing key client accounts to deliver measurable business results.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities with clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, shaping data, digital, and technology transformation strategies.
  • Define and implement industry strategy, sharing insights and shaping direction.
  • Manage and mentor partners in your industry to meet commercial targets.
  • Guide and coach delivery teams across consulting, data, and technology disciplines, including:
    • Data Management
    • AI
    • Cloud and Software Engineering
    • QA and Automation
    • Applications and Platform Integration
    • Low-code and digital enablement

Experience

  • Senior leadership experience in a technology or data-led consultancy.
  • Experienced in leading business development and expanding key client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of how data, technology, and consulting combine to address client challenges.
  • Broad technical knowledge and confidence engaging with both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong track record in defining solution-led proposals that address client needs and drive account growth.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and collaboratively to lead delivery and growth.
