Associate People Operations Partner
We are seeking an Associate People Operations Partner to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while delivering exceptional employee experiences across UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.
This role is responsible for managing HR operations processes, employee transactions, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, case management, and employee support activities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers while ensuring service excellence, process compliance, and operational efficiency.
You will be empowered to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and help implement improvements that enhance the employee experience and operational effectiveness.
The role is hybrid-based in Basingstoke, UK, and primarily supports UK, Ireland and the Nordics and also provides backup support for other countries across EMEA including Spain, Italy, France, and Belgium.
