About Audere
Audere is a B2B content marketing agency specialising in creating engaging audio and video content for ambitious organisations and senior business leaders.
We produce podcasts, videos and manage webinars for clients across a range of industries, as well as producing The C-Suite Podcast, our own established business podcast featuring senior executives and thought leaders from around the world.
A big part of what we do is take our content production on the road. We regularly record podcasts at some of the world's biggest business and technology events, interviewing senior executives and industry leaders on behalf of our clients and partners.
We're a growing, remote-first team, and we're looking for an Associate Podcast Producer to join us and become an important part of our production and client delivery team.
The Role
This is a varied role that sits across podcast production, content, project management and client relationships.
You'll be involved in taking podcast projects from the initial idea through to the finished content. That could mean identifying and booking guests, preparing interviews, coordinating with clients, checking recordings and working with editors to make sure the final content is up to standard.
You'll work across podcasts produced for clients' own channels, as well as The C-Suite Podcast, often in partnership with major brands and recorded at events in the UK, Europe and the US.
No two days are likely to be the same.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching potential podcast guests and reaching out to senior executives and industry experts to arrange interviews.
- Managing guest communications and keeping track of bookings, availability and logistics.
- Arranging and participating in pre-interview or planning calls with guests and clients.
- Researching guests, companies and relevant topics to help shape interviews.
- Writing interview questions and briefing documents.
- Supporting or, as you gain experience, conducting interviews yourself.
- Attending podcast recordings and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Reviewing recorded content and identifying any issues or amendments required.
- Working with our editors to brief and manage edits.
- Checking edited audio and/or video before it goes to the client or is published.
- Keeping clients updated on project progress and managing day-to-day communications.
- Coordinating multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Helping with show notes, social content, episode descriptions and other supporting content.
- Working closely with the wider Audere team across production, content, accounts and new business.
- Travelling to events and client recordings in the UK and internationally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Travel
Travel is a genuine part of this role.
We regularly record at major industry events, which means there are opportunities to travel internationally and work on location with clients, guests and the Audere team.
Recent and upcoming events have included New York, Berlin, San Diego, Miami, Chicago, Amsterdam and Las Vegas, with previous projects taking us to places including Frankfurt, Dubai and Bangkok.
You'll need to be comfortable travelling, sometimes internationally, and working in a busy event environment.
For the right person, it's an opportunity to gain experience that would be difficult to get in a typical entry-level production role.
What We're Looking For
This is an early-career role, so we're not expecting you to have done all of this before. We're more interested in your attitude, organisation, communication skills and willingness to learn.
You might be a recent graduate, have some experience in podcasting, media, marketing or communications, or simply have a strong interest in content and a desire to build a career in the industry.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised – able to keep track of multiple guests, projects, deadlines and moving parts.
- A confident communicator – comfortable speaking to clients, guests and colleagues at all levels.
- Curious – interested in businesses, people, technology and the stories behind them.
- A good writer – able to turn research and conversations into clear, engaging questions and content.
- Detail-oriented – you notice when something isn't quite right and take pride in producing high-quality work.
- Proactive – you don't always wait to be told what needs doing.
- Calm under pressure – particularly important when you're recording live at a busy industry event.
- Adaptable – happy switching between guest booking, production, client communication and whatever needs doing next.
- Technically comfortable – you don't need to be an audio engineer, but you should be confident learning new production tools and software.
- Interested in people – because a large part of the role involves building relationships with guests and clients.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to learn and develop.
The role can evolve as you gain experience, with scope to develop your career in podcast production, content, account management or a combination of the three.
What You'll Get
- The opportunity to work with major international brands and senior business leaders.
- Hands-on experience across podcast production, branded content and content marketing.
- The opportunity to attend and work at major international industry events.
- International travel as part of the job.
- The chance to work on both client projects and The C-Suite Podcast.
- A genuinely varied role where you can develop skills across production, content and client management.
- A remote-first working environment.
- Support and training from an experienced team.
- The opportunity to shape your role as you develop.
Why Audere?
We're an independent, ambitious team, which means you'll have the opportunity to get involved in far more than you would in a traditional junior role.
You won't spend your first year doing just one small part of a production process. You'll be speaking to guests, working with clients, helping produce interviews, attending events, checking content and seeing projects through from beginning to end.
If you're looking for an early-career role where you can learn quickly, work with interesting people, travel, and build a broad range of skills across content and communications, we'd love to hear from you.
