π We're Hiring: Associate Portfolio Strategy π π Hybrid β 1 day per week in Canary Wharf, London πΌ Permanent | Monday β Friday π’ Portfolio Strategy, Credit & Analytics
Are you passionate about π data analytics, π· capital markets and π structured finance? Do you enjoy solving complex problems and turning data into meaningful business insights? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
π Why this role? Join our Portfolio Strategy, Credit & Analytics team and play a key role in supporting major Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions. You'll help optimise capital efficiency, manage portfolio risk and contribute to strategic funding initiatives that support business growth.
π‘ What you'll be doing:
- Building and enhancing financial models, cashflow models and analytical tools
- Analysing large-scale mortgage portfolios and loan-level data
- Performing forecasting, scenario analysis and portfolio performance monitoring
- Supporting the execution of RMBS and SRT transactions
- Producing reports and insights for senior stakeholders, investors and rating agencies
- Driving automation and process improvements using SQL, Python and advanced analytics
- Collaborating with teams across Kensington Mortgages, Barclays, investors, auditors and banks

π― We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in structured finance, securitisation, credit analytics, capital markets or banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel & VBA expertise
- SQL and Python experience
- A passion for working with data and building robust models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A keen eye for detail and strong governance mindset
