We are hiring an Associate Principal Electrification Consultant to join our Electrification Advisory Team in Europé
As part of this team, you will support some of the most complex and energy-intensive organizations across the Nordics, including data centers, heavy industry, and critical infrastructure.
In this role, you will provide strategic and technical advisory services that help customers make informed electrification and energy infrastructure decisions. Working closely with customers, strategic account managers, sales teams, and global experts, you will develop solutions, build trusted relationships, and drive the growth of our advisory business.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide front-end consulting and technical advisory services to customers on electrification, power systems, and energy infrastructure topics
- Help customers identify the most suitable solutions to meet their business, operational, and sustainability objectives
- Develop and present recommendations, roadmaps, and advisory studies to both technical and executive audiences
- Drive business development activities by identifying opportunities and supporting the growth of our advisory services portfolio
- Build strong relationships with customers, strategic account managers, sales teams, and key internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with global advisory experts and technical specialists to deliver high-quality customer solutions
- Contribute to the continued development of Schneider Electric's Electrification Advisory practice across the Nordics
Your Profile
We are looking for a relationship-oriented professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and a passion for helping customers solve complex challenges. Ideally, you bring:
- Strong knowledge of power systems, electrification, and energy infrastructure
- Experience working in consulting, engineering, utilities, energy, or industrial environments
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams and functions
- Business development experience and a genuine interest in identifying and developing new opportunities
- Professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in a Nordic language is considered an advantage
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems, or a related field
