Senior Private Client Senior Solicitor / Associate (4+ PQE)
Edinburgh | Hybrid Working
An established and highly regarded Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Associate to join its growing team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to develop their career within a successful and supportive private client practice.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload covering all aspects of private client work, including:
- Wills and succession planning
- Tax and estate planning
- Asset protection
- Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation, administration, and advisory work
- Executry and estate administration
- Elderly client matters

About You
We are keen to hear from qualified solicitors with:
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, and estate planning
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach
