Location: London, White City. Hybrid. Remote within the UK considered for the right person.
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 plus a quarterly bonus linked to completed placements. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Reporting to: Managing Directors.

We are hiring an Associate to run the candidate side of our searches.
We would rather teach search to someone with your background than teach discretion to someone without it.
The role
- Approach candidates who are not looking; interview them properly; check what they tell you.
- Write profiles that a principal or their Chief of Staff can rely on.
- Manage candidates through interview, feedback, and offer logistics.
- Keep our database accurate; draft and manage job advertisements.
- Reporting to the Managing Directors. No selling, no client management.
What you bring
- A track record of serving UHNW or high-profile clients, in a role where the standard was set by the client rather than the manual.
- Writing that is precise and unhurried. Our profiles go to clients under our name.
- The judgement to ask a senior Estate Manager a direct question about pay or references, and the manners to get an answer.
- Discretion as a habit rather than a policy.
- Curiosity about how private households, Family Offices and Luxury Brands actually run.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
