Associate Producer
Starting - ASAP
Location - Central London (4 Days in the Office, 1 Day from Home)
Salary – £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Holidays - 25 Days per annum + public bank holidays

The Role
We are looking for an Associate Producer to join our team at our established film and video production agency. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will be producing short-form video content from creative brief right through to delivery and will need to be experienced in all aspects of the production process.

The Candidate
- At least 3 years’ experience in video production as an Associate Producer
- Experience producing short-form online content
- Capability to produce location and studio shoots
- Good understanding of workflows for all production departments
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects with multiple films at once
- A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised
- Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with a variety of clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on project schedules
- Knowledge of video production equipment and on-set protocols

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the entire life cycle of each project, working closely with the Head of Production and Senior Producers
- Ensuring projects are brought in on time and within budget whilst ensuring the highest possible creative standards
- Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure smooth project workflows
- Providing regular status updates to the Head of Production
- Liaising directly with clients and agencies
- Sourcing & booking freelancers with relevant skill sets when required
- Coordinating with talent and crew to ensure smooth on-set operations
- Support post-production organisation
- Assisting Senior Producers in day-to-day tasks
