Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree is required.
- 2+ years of related experience in a technical or product environment required.
- Skills and Abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Prior experience in a product management, product owner, business analyst, or similar customer- or technical-facing role preferred; direct product management experience is a plus but not required at this level.
- Ability to contribute to the formulation, communication, and implementation of technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate across teams and collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply new technologies.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of the basic concept and workflow of software development and quality assurance.
- Capable of working independently with growing autonomy; this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
- Takes Initiative – seeks increased responsibilities; takes independent action; willingness to take risks.
- Ability to travel about 5% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Manages and prioritizes the Maintenance/EV change request (CR) backlog, triaging issues based on customer impact, business priority, and engineering effort.
- Partners with the Senior Product Manager to support and help shape the Maintenance/EV product roadmap, contributing recommendations based on customer and market insight.
- Owns resolution and delivery of bugs and smaller enhancements, partnering closely with Engineering to scope, prioritize, and track work to completion.
- Leads product activities including backlog refinement, sprint demos, and release communications for the Maintenance/EV product line.
- Builds deep product knowledge of the Maintenance/EV suite in close partnership with Subject Matter Experts, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams.
- Collaborates with internal and external constituents, including customers, to gather feedback and resolve conflicting issues and priorities on smaller-scope items.
- Conducts customer and product usage research to inform prioritization and support scoping of larger roadmap initiatives.
- This role is expected to grow in scope and ownership over time, including the opportunity to take on increased product leadership within the Maintenance and EV product lines.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate product updates, releases, and milestones to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Interprets, refines, and applies methods and procedures in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Information Technology industry standards, and best practices as defined by Titan Cloud.
- Remains current with industry trends to conceive, prototype, and recommend functional approaches including user experience for digital solutions that meet business needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
