Role Summary
PANTA is looking for a Product Manager to take real ownership across our next-generation Index Operating System, working hand-in-hand with the Head of Product to shape and ship the platform.
This is one of our first dedicated product hires — you'll own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through to live, client-facing functionality, and act as a credible product voice in front of sophisticated institutional clients.
It suits someone a few years into product (or moving into product from a markets, quant, or investment background) who wants the scope and ownership of an early-stage company building institutional-grade fintech from the ground up.
Company Overview
PANTA is revolutionizing the $25 trillion index investing landscape through our innovative Index Operating System. Founded by index industry veterans, we're bringing modern Index technology infrastructure to an industry ripe for transformation. Our platform enables index providers, asset managers, banks and financial institutions to create, test, and manage indices with unprecedented efficiency and flexibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
