Whether you are at the start of your Product Management career within the travel industry, or a more established Product Manager looking to bring your experience into the exciting world of travel tech, this role offers the perfect environment to grow. This is not just a supporting role - you will take full ownership of smaller platform initiatives and workstreams, from initial requirements all the way through to implementation.
If you are a self-organized, proactive problem-solver who excels at bridging the gap between technical engineering and cross-functional business stakeholders, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Support the Flexibility Platform PM in delivering the FaaS roadmap and platform strategy.
- Own smaller platform initiatives, capabilities, and workstreams from requirements through implementation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of platform Epics, Features, requirements, use cases, and supporting documentation.
- Support testing, release readiness, rollout activities, and platform capability launches.
- Support the Platform PM in evaluating new capabilities, automation opportunities, and platform enhancements.
- Act as a delegate for the Platform PM when required, representing the platform in meetings, reviews, stakeholder discussions, and delivery forums.
- Coordinate delivery activities across Engineering, Product, Commercial, Finance, Data Analytics, Customer Services, and external partners.
- Support B2B onboarding initiatives and help ensure platform capabilities meet client requirements and implementation needs.
- Contribute to business reviews, client presentations, platform narratives, and adoption plans.
- Track platform initiatives, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Develop deep knowledge of the FaaS platform, operating model, and client ecosystem.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
