We’re Capital on Tap 👋
💳 Capital on Tap started because small businesses were underserved. Big banks were slow, their products weren’t fit for purpose, and small business owners often couldn’t access what they needed. Today, we’re a financial platform — not just a credit card company. We offer:
- A best-in-class business credit card
- An SME-focused spend management platform
- A savings product that hit £1 billion in funds within its first year
- A growing suite of tools and financial products that make running a small business easier
We are:
- 1,000+ employees
- £20 billion in annual card spend
- 200,000+ customers
- 17,000+ Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.7 stars
- Profitable
This is a Hybrid role, 3 days a week in the London office.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
