As PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
You will be part of the PRODUCT & CLIENT SOLUTIONS team at PATRIZIA, working at the intersection of product strategy, fundraising, client engagement and innovation. You will help develop and position investment solutions across real estate and infrastructure, directly supporting capital raising initiatives with institutional and private wealth investors globally.
This role is designed for ambitious professionals who want to accelerate their careers within Product Development, Investment Specialist or broader capital raising functions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the positioning and marketing of PATRIZIA's investment solutions across real estate and infrastructure strategies
- Partner with Product Developers and Investment Specialists to support fundraising initiatives with institutional and private wealth investors globally
- Lead the preparation of high-impact client materials, investment presentations and bespoke investor proposals
- Take ownership of due diligence processes and investor information requests, ensuring an exceptional client experience
- Support the design and evolution of new investment products from concept through to launch
- Help shape the future operating model of the Client Division through AI adoption, process optimisation and digital innovation initiatives
- Develop into a trusted product expert and strategic partner to fundraising teams

What we look for:
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services industry – ideally within a real estate or infrastructure focused investment management business. Outstanding candidates with less experience and exceptional potential are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant experience can include client services, investor relations or business development
- Familiarity with responding to RFI/DDQs and producing marketing materials as well as an understanding of the sales process and regulatory and operational frameworks, ideally working with tools such as Responsive and Seismic
- Confident communication style and well-developed people management skills with a natural and proven ability to develop relationships, internally and externally
- Positive, proactive approach to work and an ability to perform in a driven team
- Ownership mindset and commercial awareness with the willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks and work across different teams
- A highly self-motivated approach to work as well as the desire to help mentor junior members of the team
- Analytical nature with impeccable attention to detail and time-management
- Strong administrative skills and competency in all Microsoft packages – excellent PowerPoint, Excel & Word skills are essential
- Proactive mindset toward adopting AI tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes
- Fluent English is a must, German language skills are helpful, other European language skills are desirable
