Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Product Manager to join a growing Product Management team supporting a large-scale enterprise digital transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Product professional to work alongside experienced Product Managers and Engineering teams, contributing to the development of innovative products and services. The successful candidate will gain exposure across the full product lifecycle while helping to deliver user-focused solutions within a collaborative Agile environment.

The Role

The Associate Product Manager will support the definition, development and enhancement of business-critical applications and product features. Working closely with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders, you will contribute to product strategy, requirements gathering, feature design and delivery activities.
You will participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, design, testing, implementation and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Management team in delivering product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, leadership teams and engineering functions.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with defining product features and functionality with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Support the development and tracking of product performance metrics and user engagement measures.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups and other product artefacts to support feature definition and development.
  • Prepare product updates, presentations and stakeholder communications.
  • Work within cross-functional teams to support product enhancements and new feature releases.
  • Assist with Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups and workshops.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Product, Product Support or related role.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and business awareness.
  • Experience producing documentation, presentations and product-related materials.
  • Experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and related Atlassian tools.
  • Exposure to TDD and BDD environments.
  • Agile, Product Management or Coaching certifications.
  • Experience within the music, media or entertainment sectors.
