Skills And Competencies

  • Experience in a customer service, administration, business operations, information technology support, or operational support role, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and timely delivery
  • Dedication to providing excellent client service, with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders professionally and follow through on queries, access issues and operational requests
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks during busy periods, ensuring contractual obligations, service expectations and internal process requirements are met
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English, both spoken and written, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Product Management, Client Service, Technology and Risk teams
  • Ability to use reporting, data analysis and workflow tools to identify data quality issues, operational trends, process exceptions and improvement opportunities
  • Familiarity with using automation or AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve task efficiency, workflow consistency and data quality is preferred
  • Ability to identify appropriate opportunities for AI-assisted process improvement while applying sound judgement, data protection principles and validation of outputs is preferred

Education

Undergraduate or first-level degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent operational experience with demonstrable delivery, client service, data quality or process improvement outcomes will also be considered

Responsibilities

As an Associate Product Operations analyst, you will support accurate Insurance product fulfilment, client access, operational data quality and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

  • Monitor completed sales orders, delivery requests and operational work queues using customer relationship management and connected enterprise systems
  • Complete client entitlement, fulfilment and delivery activities accurately, ensuring clients receive software access, services, content, licence keys or other contractual deliverables on time
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including client entitlement data, delivery records, transaction notes, future delivery schedules and evidence required to support revenue recognition and auditability
  • Support global Sales, Client Service, Product Management and Finance teams by fulfilling, tracking and evidencing delivery of Insurance product access for trials, subscriptions, term contracts and ongoing commitments
  • Set up and maintain client access to electronically delivered services, ensuring access details, delivery confirmation and supporting records are handled accurately and in line with company policies
  • Provide high-quality support for internal and external client queries, including product access issues, user change requests and operational support cases
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve escalated operational issues, helping to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service
  • Run and review operational reports to identify data quality issues, delivery risks, process exceptions, trends and opportunities for improvement across Insurance product lines
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing ways to simplify, standardise, automate or improve manual operational processes
  • Use workflow, reporting and AI-enabled tools responsibly where appropriate to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort and support scalable ways of working
  • Reinforce process adherence, data quality and operational discipline in day-to-day interactions with Sales, Client Service, Product Management, Finance, Technology and Risk teams
  • Support internal governance, audit, due diligence or risk management activities by helping to provide accurate, timely and evidence-based operational information

The Insurance Operations team supports the Insurance Line of Business by ensuring products are delivered accurately, clients receive access on time, and operational data is reliable across the sales and delivery lifecycle.

The team plays a critical role in enabling scalable, high-quality fulfilment for a growing and increasingly complex Insurance product portfolio. They protect the business through strong operational controls, data integrity, and risk management and drive smarter ways of working through process optimisation, automation, and responsible adoption of AI-enabled approaches.
