What You Will Do
The Product Trainer delivers high-quality, instructor-led customer training that enables users to effectively adopt and use SaaS products. This role focuses on foundational to fully proficient training delivery while building product knowledge and instructional skill.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Deliver virtual instructor-led product training independently
- Prepare, execute, and follow up on training sessions in accordance with SOPs
- Achieve and maintain accreditation on 1–3 products or systems
- Maintain strong learner satisfaction (NPS) and act on feedback
- Stay current on product updates and changes
