We are seeking talented individuals that want to join us as Associate Director level project managers and can work with us on a variety of new build and/or refurbishment and fitout projects for the hospitality sector in both the UK and Europe.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Accounting leadership, resource management and framework level reporting to the client.
  • Supporting and sustaining the Mace values, behaviours and culture within the team; with a focus on continually improving the knowledge share and collaboration amongst a geographically dispersed team.
  • Working collaboratively with centre of excellence team leads to ensure cohesive service delivery to the client.
  • Being the first point of escalation and initial point of contact for all PMs regarding project and process issues.
  • General overview of quality, cost and governance functions.
  • Working collaboratively with sector and practice groups to ensure the engagement, wellbeing and development of employees.
  • Providing line management as required. Typically, the senior project managers.
  • Supporting the preparation of fee extensions in line with business targets.
  • Engaging with the client in line with CRM requirements to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven leader managing teams, demonstrating gravitas with clients and senior stakeholders across the hospitality sector in a construction consultancy environment.
  • Experience driving innovation, knowledge capture and embedding best practice in consultancy service delivery.
  • Strong commercial management expertise with experience operating at senior management level.
