About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of product innovation and project execution—managing end-to-end development, from sourcing and cost negotiation to compliance and launch. You will work cross-functionally with global teams to bring high-quality personal care and cosmetic products to market, on time and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in global project meetings, supporting product development, tenders, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare and manage artwork briefs, ensuring all label prints meet regional regulatory requirements
- Lead cost-quoting and negotiation processes with suppliers, including RFP preparation and timeline coordination
- Review and approve pre-production samples in collaboration with brand stakeholders before mass production
- Partner with Sales, Global/Regional PD, Brand, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to drive seamless project delivery
- Create new product code forms and detailed product specifications
- Coordinate with Global R&D to ensure formula compliance with UK & EU Cosmetic Regulations, staying ahead of market trends
- Evaluate and provide expert input on sustainable packaging solutions
- Work with suppliers to collect formulation documents (INCI, COA, MSDS) for regional registration
- Explore new products and innovations through exhibitions and industry events (as needed)

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in international trade, hospitality, or personal care product development
- Familiarity with hospitality product ranges, personal care, and cosmetic manufacturing
- Experience in cost analysis, formula development, EU/UK compliance, and sustainable packaging sourcing (a strong plus)
