A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Project Manager to strengthen their team

Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential.

  • Day-to-day delivery of projects from inception to completion
  • Developing the project management strategy and delivery
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects
  • Attending and chairing meetings
  • Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships
  • Team management

Skills & Experience of the Associate Project Manager

  • Relevant construction related degree
  • Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
  • Flexible and can work to deadlines
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects
  • JCT and NEC experience
  • Self motivated
  • Client facing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
