The Company
Dynamic Resources is the trusted provider of retail services for many of the biggest brands in the world. We specialise in the site survey and installation of store fixtures, graphics & visual campaigns, and full store construction. We also offer preventative and reactive maintenance services along with logistics, warehousing and training facilities. Every year we complete over 8,500 projects around the globe, working for many of the world’s leading retail brands, technology companies, fixture manufacturers and graphic suppliers. We have 6 offices around the globe: Dublin, London, Tokyo, New York, Atlanta, and Portland.
Role Summary
To manage the delivery of a variety of global projects and programmes, ranging from graphic installations, window displays, fixture & furniture installs, pop-ups and shop-in-shops, ensuring they are delivered on time, to the required quality and within the established budget. To assist with regular and accurate reporting. To support and, on occasion, manage Project Administrators and/or Project Coordinators. To begin to develop and improve the working procedures within the company, through various initiatives and continued innovation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage live projects of increasing complexity, and on-site project teams nationally and internationally (occasional out of hours work may be required in line with project needs)
- Create & maintain project documentation (e.g. letters of appointment, proposals, scope of works, contracts, programmes, minutes of meetings, drawings, H&S records, RAMS, and statements of completion)
- Oversee Project Coordinators and Administrators to ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Provide training for Project Coordinators and Administrators and assist in the training of colleagues, where required
- Build client relationships and escalate project issues and complaints through appropriate channels in a timely fashion
- Maintain regular and clear communication with contractors and suppliers; begin seeking new relationships, evaluate and feedback
- Obtain, analyse and challenge quotations / tenders to achieve project budget and ensure margins are met for all projects
- Begin seeking to drive business with new and existing clients
- Monitor and collate KPI data for both clients and contractors
- Assist in monitoring and controlling budgets
- Assist the Project Manager to develop a team with the required skills and experience to support workload
- Assist in developing and improving the working procedures within the company

- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Able to provide support, coaching and day-to-day management to Project Coordinators and Administrators

- MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- CAD software – an advantage
Education & Experience
- Background in the Construction industry, Project Management, Architecture / Design or Event Management – an advantage
- Experience working in or for retail brands – a distinct advantage
- Experience of managing project and multi-disciplinary teams– a distinct advantage
- Fluency in English and at least one other language – a distinct advantage
- Ability to read, understand and annotate architectural and technical drawings – an advantage
- Understanding of H&S regulations – an advantage
- H&S training / Certification (e.g. CSCS) – an advantage
- Some experience in using online tools for PM management – an advantage
- Experience of managing contractors/suppliers both on and off site – an advantage
- Experience of procurement and budgeting – an advantage
