About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager (PjM) to join our Project team, based in London. Project Managers are responsible for the deployment of our “Operations” solution. “Operations” enables ship owners/charterers to monitor and optimize their maritime operations, supported by cutting-edge analytics.
Project Managers hold a pivotal role in the organization, helping coordinate several teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to deliver exceptional service to our clients. As an associate, you'll own and manage a portfolio of clients, with coaching from a Senior Project Manager, while also supporting Senior Project Managers on their own client accounts. You'll report into Fabien's team (Head of CS & Delivery), in Jean's organization (co-founder and CEO). This is an entry point in Project Management: a first client portfolio of your own, plus close exposure to how Senior Project Managers run larger or more complex accounts.
Responsibilities
Your missions include:
- Owning your own client portfolio, under close supervision of Senior Project Managers: scoping clients' needs, planning the set-up and deployment, implementing applications, and managing the client relationship through the delivery phase (1-3 months).
- Supporting Senior Project Managers on their more complex accounts: helping with scoping, kick-offs, workshops, application configuration, and day-to-day client communication on a broader set of clients.
- Working closely with the Client Success Managers to maintain a high-level of service and scope additional opportunities.
- Providing first-level maintenance & support: acting as a first point of contact for client inquiries on platform configuration or usage, looping in your Senior PjM when needed.
- Following delivery processes and contributing to their improvement: identifying inefficiencies in onboarding and delivery workflows, and helping standardize playbooks and documentation.
- Helping coordinate with Product and Tech teams, flagging and framing client requests such as data integrations & give insights to Senior PJM and/or product to scope new features.

Required Skills
This is an entry-level position— we're not expecting prior Project Management or maritime industry experience. That said, the following will help you thrive:
- A degree in Business or Engineering
- 0-2 years experience - any exposure to a client-facing role is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual in English
- French is a plus
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and reporting tools (Excel, Notion, Jira, or similar) and AI tools (Claude Code)
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Rigorous, structured, and with strong attention to detail.
- A reliable and accountable personality
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prior exposure to the maritime, offshore, or energy industry, SaaS, or both is a plus, but not required
- Based in, or willing to work from, our London office (in Waterhouse Square)
