The Company:
OXBO are partnered with a well-established UK Renewable Energy IPP looking to hire an Associate Project Manager into their Delivery team.
As Associate Project Manager
you will support Project Managers in the delivery of utility-scale Solar and BESS projects from pre-construction through to handover to O&M.

The Role:
- Support the delivery management of multiple utility-scale Solar and BESS construction projects.
- Assist in the management of all aspects of projects, including Construction, Health & Safety, and quality standards across sites.
- Support and manage grid agreement interfaces, general engineering activities, procuring and contract administration.
- Proactively identify construction risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to protect programme and cost.
- Monitor and report deviations to scope, schedule, or budget, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Undertake development and O&M works in order to gain all round knowledge of project life cycles.

What you will bring:
- 2+ years experience within the renewable energy industry, within the development and delivery phases.
- Solar PV, Batter Storage (BESS) or Onshore wind projects experience (wider energy infrastructure experience will also be considered).
- Experience in contract preparation, negotiation and administration.
- Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland Construction, CDM, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.
- Understanding of Grid operators and connection processes.
- Confident communicator with stakeholders and contractor management skills.
- Ability to manage several project tasks at once and able to plan and prioritise.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
