The Role

We’re searching for an organised, proactive and delivery-focused Associate Project Manager to join our Project Management team, supporting the planning and delivery of projects across the business.

Working with Project Managers, Technical Leads, internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll coordinate project activity from initiation through to completion, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

This is an entry-level role, with training provided across the responsibilities below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across multiple teams.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture clear actions and decisions.
  • Track progress with Technical Leads and provide updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Support the management and escalation of risks, issues and change requests.
  • Coordinate resources and ensure key activities are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports and governance materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes, ways of working and delivery efficiency.
  • Take ownership of smaller workstreams or projects as experience develops.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have strong communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
