Client Details

Our client is a highly respected London-based law firm with a longstanding reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private investors, developers, property companies, and established businesses across the UK and internationally. The firm is particularly renowned for its expertise in real estate and private wealth, with property forming a core part of its practice.

Description

Working as part of an established and collaborative real estate team, you will advise on a varied workload including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant matters
  • Asset management and portfolio management work
  • Managed office and occupier matters
  • Investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Property finance transactions
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Title review, due diligence, and reporting
  • Running your own matters while supporting on larger complex transactions

Profile

The successful candidate MUST have:

  • Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3+ years' PQE
  • Strong commercial real estate experience gained within a reputable property practice
  • Experience handling landlord and tenant matters and transactional property work
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills
  • Strong client relationship management abilities
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
  • Ambition to develop within a leading property team
