The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate with non-contentious technology, outsourcing, and general commercial experience to join our highly experienced and award-winning TMT Team in the UK, Middle East, and Ireland ("UKIME").
You will be involved in a diverse range of work, including
- Outsourcing
- Commercial contracts
- Technology contracts
- Consumer Law
- FinTech & payments
- Telecoms

The Team
You will be working with one of the UK's key TMT teams, tier 1 ranked in technology, telecoms, and commercial contracts, and will have the opportunity to be involved in some of the most innovative work in the field, supported by our team of over 80 colleagues in our UKIME team based in London, Milton Keynes, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, and Dubai.
We have a high-performance culture and a first-class client management approach. You will have the opportunity to work with household names such as Amazon, ByteDance/TikTok, Meta, eBay, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Sainsbury's, Sky, Avis, UK Government, Royal Mail, and Virgin Group. Many of our Associates have completed secondments with these clients.
Required Experience
- Candidates are expected to have technology awareness
- Having experience working on similar work for sophisticated clients is desired
- Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability
- Dedicated to effective client service
- Enhanced business development ability
- Comprehensive problem-solving and decision-making skills, coupled with good business awareness
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative and influence and take control of own career development
