A top-tier M&E Quantity Surveying team in London is looking to add an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director will join one of the biggest M&E Quantity Surveying teams in London, where you will work across several iconic projects, including a large scale, high-profile healthcare scheme, as well as data centres and high-rise buildings.
The M&E team are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor with strong technical knowledge, and comfortable taking the lead on projects with support from the team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS is preferred, not essential
- M&E / MEP background
- Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Strong communication skills
