Real Estate Associate – 2–4 PQE – International Law Firm

This highly regarded international law firm is known for representing a sophisticated client base, including investors, developers, and family offices, on complex and high-value property matters. The team operates across an integrated global platform, offering cross-border reach and access to industry-leading expertise. The firm is consistently recognised for combining technical excellence with a strong collaborative culture.

The Role

The Real Estate team is seeking a mid-level associate to advise on a range of investment, development, and landlord and tenant work. The practice covers both commercial and high-end residential assets and acts on some of the most high-profile real estate transactions in London and internationally. The role offers access to an impressive network of clients and high-calibre work spanning the full lifecycle of real estate assets.

What They’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law.
  • Experience in investment, development, or landlord and tenant matters.
  • Strong commercial understanding and client-handling experience.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Experience gained from a leading London or international firm.
  • A proactive, client-focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
