Associate - Real Estate Litigation (3-5 PQE)

The Role You will join a busy and respected real estate litigation team handling a range of property-related disputes. The work will include landlord and tenant issues, development disputes, rights of light, boundary disputes and other real estate-related contentious matters. The team acts for an impressive portfolio of clients, offering exposure to high-quality and often complex work.

  • 3-5 PQE in Real Estate Litigation gained at a reputable firm in the UK
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Landlord and tenant issues
  • Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision

  • Team player with a proactive and solutions-based approach
