At InterEx Group, we’re looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our team as Junior Recruitment Consultants.

Recruitment Experience Isn't Required. Sales Experience Is a Great Place to Start.

What Makes Recruitment Different?

  • Winning new clients and developing business relationships
  • Building and managing your own candidate network
  • Cold calling and prospecting
  • Negotiating with clients and candidates

  • Developing your own market and becoming an expert within it
  • Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission

We’ll Teach You Recruitment

You don’t need to know how to recruit before joining us. Our 12-week training programme is designed to take you through everything you need to know, from recruitment fundamentals and market knowledge to business development, candidate management, and closing deals.

Your sales experience means you already understand the fundamentals:

  • Creating opportunities
  • Closing

We’ll teach you how to apply those skills to recruitment.
