The Talent Set is seeking a dedicated Associate Recruiter to join our Candidate Care team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and making a meaningful impact in the charity, not-for-profit, and public sectors, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Source, screen and engage high quality candidates across a range of roles.
- Managing our candidate portfolio, ensuring a seamless process up to the interview stage.
- Sourcing junior to mid-level positions, providing career advice and consultancy at every stage of the job search.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to our high fill rates and repeat business.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.

Person Specification:
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a recruitment agency.
- Proven ability to work towards targets and performance metrics.
- Take pride in your work and care about delivering an impeccable level of service.
- Are a natural communicator. You genuinely enjoy speaking with people and understanding their needs.
- Resilient, proactive and driven to achieve results. We’ll give you full training and support, but you need to bring curiosity and the willingness to learn.
- Want to have fun, collaborate and thrive in an amazing team environment.

- £33,000 - £45,000 OTE including an uncapped commission scheme
- Hybrid working, 2 days per week in London
