Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own 360 desk, focusing on candidate delivery and new business development
  • Source candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job advertisements, and referrals
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients for business development
  • Develop expertise in the Life Sciences sector and become proficient in sourcing high-quality, relevant candidates for open roles
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs
  • Represent Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent in the industry
  • Complete administrative tasks to keep your pipeline and system up to date
  • Perform tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Outbound sales experience (highly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
