Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Truro, Cornwall
Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE: £30-35,000+ in first year
Ready for a career change? Already work in sales? Or maybe you've progressed into a management or supervisor role within a different industry. We're on the lookout for ambitious, driven people who want to take the leap into the world of 360 recruitment! 6-12+ months sales experience is desirable, but progression in other industries such as hospitality are also encouraged to apply.
Join our team in Truro and learn everything you need to know about sales, business development, and client management. You'll be building relationships, closing deals, and seeing the results of your hard work pay off. What You'll Be Doing
- Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
- Growing your market within engineering, or technology
- Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
- Working towards clear targets

What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to people
- Motivated by results, success, and personal growth
- Resilient and ready to take on a challenge
- A consistent career history showing commitment and progression
- 6-12+ months sales experience (desirable not essential)
- Excited to learn and build a long-term career in sales and 360 recruitment
