Associate Recruitment Consultant

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent while supporting clients with their hiring needs. You will work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment, building strong networks within your specialist market and developing expertise as a trusted recruitment professional.

This position is ideal for graduates who are ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated by the opportunity to achieve both personal and professional success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-calibre candidates through networking, headhunting, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, and career aspirations
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
  • Develop specialist market knowledge within your assigned sector
  • Support clients with strategic hiring requirements and talent attraction initiatives
  • Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records using recruitment technology and CRM systems

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate looking to start a career in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
  • Confident relationship-builder with a professional approach
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and a desire to work in a fast-paced industry
  • No recruitment experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
