The Opportunity
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building and developing relationships with both clients and candidates while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you'll continue developing your skills in business development, candidate sourcing, relationship management, negotiation, and closing. You'll have the opportunity to establish yourself within a specialist technology market and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
With structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clearly defined career path, you'll have the opportunity to progress quickly into a high-performing Consultant and future leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and engage top talent through networking, headhunting, referrals, and online platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Generate new business opportunities and develop your own client portfolio
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network within your specialist market
- Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
- Develop market expertise within your specialist technology sector
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Continue developing your recruitment, sales, and business development skills
What We're Looking For:
- A track record of working towards and achieving KPIs or performance targets
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Resilient and motivated when faced with challenges
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Ambition to build a long-term career within recruitment and sales
- An interest in the technology recruitment market is advantageous
