About the Company

We are a London-based boutique recruitment company specializing in the hedge fund sector, sourcing candidates for all sectors within our clients including trading, risk, and technology.

Role Description

This particular role is to join the business team who cover a wide variety of positions within the investment world including Portfolio Managers, traders, researchers, and analysts.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will be graduates with a real desire for a career in search/recruitment.
  • While no previous experience or understanding of the Finance/Hedge Fund world is needed, you will need to show an interest in it.
  • No previous sales/customer-facing experience is required, although you will need to prove a good work ethic and have a good attention to detail.
