InterEx Group are hiring for Contract Associate Consultants to join our vibrant, energetic sales office in the City of London, Liverpool Street/Moorgate.

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will win new business, build strong client relationships, and manage candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and win new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and understand their hiring needs
- Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts

Candidate Management
- Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and CRM
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles
- Manage candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to placement
Full 360 Management
- Meet and exceed KPIs and billing targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM
- Stay up-to-date with market trends in your niche (Cloud, Cyber, Data, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year in a recruitment consultant 360 role is preferred, 180 considered also
- Proven track record of billing and meeting KPIs
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Knowledge of the tech recruitment space is advantageous
