Looking to kick-start your career in recruitment within a supportive and ambitious team? This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to build a career in recruitment, develop their sales and market knowledge, and work closely with experienced Consultants.
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting Consultants and the wider business through candidate generation, market mapping and recruitment delivery, while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into a consultant role.
Responsibilities
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will...
- Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
- Build and maintain strong candidate talent pools
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications
- Prepare candidate profiles and supporting documentation
- Support consultants with recruitment campaigns
- Carry out market mapping to identify prospective candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Take part in training and development programmes to build your knowledge
