The Opportunity
A well established, independently owned Financial Services recruitment consultancy is looking for an ambitious Associate to join its Permanent team in London. The company values trust, flexibility, and results, over micro management and pointless volume KPIs.
Highlights
- £30K + base salary and commission
- 2 days in office (Holborn) 3 work from home each week
- Work from anywhere the whole month of August
- 30 days annual leave
Since 2010, this business has built an enviable reputation and client base across the SME Financial Services market, with placements ranging from part qualified finance professionals through to Finance Director and CFO level.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity: alongside supporting the wider Financial Services desk, you will have the chance to build and effectively own the FinTech market vertical as it grows, becoming the go-to specialist in that space as your career develops.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support and resource candidates for live vacancies
- Interview and assess candidates, face to face and on video
- Compile shortlists for permanent and contract briefs
- Actively generate new business opportunities, this is encouraged and rewarded
- Take part in client meetings and briefings
- Create engaging social media content to build market presence, particularly within FinTech
- Build your own professional network across the Financial Services sector
- Thrive in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment with new challenges daily

Working Pattern
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week, plus "Anywhere August", a full month where you can work from anywhere.
