Associate Recruitment Consultant | Financial Services
Buckden Partners is growing, and we're looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
We are a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in the Banking, Financial Services, and Real Estate markets, working with an established client base across the UK, Channel Islands, and Europe.
Responsibilities
We're looking for someone with 1–2 years' recruitment experience, preferably within Financial Services or Real Estate, who wants to develop their career in a specialist, relationship-led environment.

You'll work directly alongside experienced consultants, supporting searches for some of our key clients while building your own network and developing a detailed understanding of the market.
Your role will include:
- Candidate research and headhunting
- Market mapping
- Maintaining our database
- Coordinating interviews
- Managing candidate relationships
- Supporting the delivery of senior search assignments
You'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of more junior mandates, managing the recruitment process from initial search through to successful placement.

We're looking for someone who is:
