Associate Recruitment Consultant – Sales Experience
Location: London | Full Time | Office-Based
Ready to Turn Your Sales Experience Into a High-Earning Career?
Have you built up to 4 years of sales experience and are ready for a career with greater earning potential, progression and ownership?
At InterEx Group, we’re looking for ambitious, competitive sales professionals to join our growing London team and build a career in technology recruitment.
You don’t need recruitment or tech experience. If you know how to sell, build relationships, handle objections and work towards targets, we’ll teach you the rest.
The Role
Recruitment at InterEx is a commercial 360° role where you’ll build your own desk and develop your own client and candidate network.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Prospecting and generating new opportunities
- Building strong candidate relationships
- Sourcing and engaging top talent
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiating and closing placements
- Developing your own specialist market
- Building a long-term client network
- Working towards clear billing and revenue targets

Who We're Looking For
We’re interested in high-performing salespeople who want to take their career to the next level.
Your background could be in:
- B2B or B2C sales
- Business development
- Account management
- Field sales or telesales
- Real estate
- Car sales
- Hospitality, retail or other target-driven environments
What matters most is your mindset. You’ll be:
- Commercially driven and ambitious
- Competitive and motivated by targets
- Confident handling objections and closing
- Resilient when faced with rejection
- Motivated by commission and progression
- Coachable and hungry to learn
- Determined to build a successful career
